Page 2 of 2 Screen Printing is an incredibly messy process that takes a lot of time to set up and clean up, so we have a 24 piece minimum (no setup fees). The trick to screen printing is that the more total shirts you order, the cheaper each shirt gets. For instance, 200 black shirts with a one color print will cost only $3.93 each. However, only 24 of the same shirt will cost about $5.98 each. Additional print colors and/or print locations will also add cost to the shirts. For more info visit our Prices page. Our screen printing auto-press is capable of printing up to 10 colors on white shirts, and as many as 9 on dark shirts. For dark shirts with more than 3 colors, a white "undrebase" is required, which allows the colors in the graphic to be represented accurately. This underbase is considered a print color.
